Welcome to Saigon eSens. These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) govern all transactions made on our e-commerce website. By placing an order, you fully accept these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Scope of Application
These T&Cs apply to all orders placed through the Saigon eSens website by customers located in Europe, and, where applicable, in other geographical areas where we operate.
3. Products
Our products include fashion, home decor, accessories, jewelry, and design items primarily sourced from Vietnam, selected for their quality and uniqueness. Minor differences may occur between the items and their online representation (craftsmanship, materials, color).
4. Availability
All products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution (refund, store credit, or exchange).
5. Orders
- Order Process:
To place an order, the user must:
- Add the desired items to the shopping cart;
- Fill in personal and shipping information;
- Validate the order after accepting the T&Cs;
- Proceed to payment via the available methods.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been validated.
- Order Validation:
All orders are considered final once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment issues, prior disputes, or for any other legitimate reason.
6. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, tax included (VAT not applicable under French micro-enterprise status – art. 293 B of the CGI).
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The final price is the one confirmed at checkout.
7. Payment
Accepted Methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Online payment platforms (Stripe)
- Other methods may be available and are listed on our website checkout
Payments are secured via SSL encryption. No banking data is stored.
8. Delivery
8.1. Delivery Areas
We primarily ship to Europe. International shipping may be possible (subject to confirmation at checkout).
8.2. Logistics Process
Products are prepared by our partner studios in Vietnam. Shipments are grouped every 15 days and sent to our logistics point in Paris, then dispatched individually to customers in Europe or worldwide.
8.3. Delivery Time
Orders are shipped from Vietnam every 15 days. Shipping to Europe takes approximately 1–2 weeks. Once received at our Paris studio, orders are quality-checked, packaged, and dispatched within 48 hours. Final delivery times depend on the selected shipping method.
8.4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. Free shipping may apply from a certain order amount.
8.5. Risk Transfer
Products remain the seller’s responsibility until they are delivered to the customer. Any damaged parcel must be reported within 48 hours.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To do so, contact us at contact@saigonesens.com with your order number. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
10. Returns & Alternatives
10.1. Conditions
Returns accepted within 14 days at the customer’s expense (unless the item is defective or shipped in error).
Promotional or personalized items are non-returnable.
10.2. Alternatives Offered
- Exchange with your next order (subject to availability)
- Store credit valid for 6 months
- Partial refund (10–15%) to keep the item in case of minor issues
10.3. Return Handling
Returns are processed in Paris. Products are not sent back to Vietnam unless absolutely necessary. Returned items may be resold through a dedicated section on our site “Available now”.
11. Warranty & Liability
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.
We are not responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
12. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos. Depending on the case, a refund or replacement will be offered. If an exchange is required, additional delays may apply.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Saigon eSens site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected under intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
14. Personal Data
Your data is collected to process orders and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or non-performance due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will handle the case.
