Every 15 days, we group all customer orders and ship them from Hô Chi Minh City to our studio in Paris. Why? Because this model helps us reduce carbon emissions, limit unnecessary transports, and support a more conscious way of consuming.

Once your pieces arrive in Paris, our team carefully checks every item, repacks your order beautifully, and prepares it for its final trip to your door. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. You can also follow your order in the order tracking tab.

How Can We Help You?
When will I receive my order?
Every order takes time and care — and we believe transparency matters.
Orders are collected and shipped from Vietnam every 15 days. The next shipping date is always indicated on our website. Depending on when you place your order, it will be included in the upcoming shipment (you’ll be notified if anything changes).
Shipping from Vietnam to Europe takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
Once your order arrives at our Paris studio, each item goes through a quality check and is carefully packaged. Your parcel is then shipped within 48 hours, and you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow its journey to your doorstep. Final delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose.
Overall, you can expect an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 weeks from the order date to your address.
We know it takes a little patience — Hang tight, it’s worth the wait!
How can I track my order?
Nothing escapes your radar — and neither does your parcel.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your parcel arrives at our Paris studio and is ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
A short delay between your order and shipment is normal—the items are still traveling from Vietnam. We’ll take care of the rest.
Why are some products available now?
Some items or small collections are already available in limited quantities at our studio in Paris. They’re ready to ship right away — no waiting for international delivery.
If your order only contains fast-shipping products, it’ll be sent out immediately.
If it also includes items coming from Vietnam, your full order will ship once everything is ready.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — once your cart hits the magic number.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery is free from a certain amount (you’ll see it on our website).
How can I return an item?
Not what you imagined? No worries.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us via the contact form with your order number.
If your return is approved, you can send the product back at your own expense to our address in Paris.
Note:
Returns are accepted only in case of defects or errors. We cannot process returns due to personal preference (such as color or feel), unless specifically agreed.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
We do not accept returns for sale items, personalized pieces, or used products.
To simplify the experience and avoid unnecessary shipping, we also offer return alternatives:
- Exchange with your next order (subject to availability)
- Store credit valid for 6 months instead of a refund
- Partial refund (10–15%) if you wish to keep the item despite a minor issue

Why aren't returns automatic?
Each item travels from Vietnam and passes through many hands before arriving to you.
For ecological and economic reasons, we do not automate returns.
But no stress — if you have any doubt, question, or need advice before ordering, just reach out via the contact form or our social media. We’re always here for you!

Where do the products come from?
All our products come straight from Vietnam, carefully selected from local brands and independent designers with a unique, modern, and thoughtful vision.
We also sometimes collaborate with Vietnamese designers based abroad, whose work deserves just as much recognition.
Generally, items are shipped from their shops to our team in Hô Chi Minh City, then grouped and sent to our studio in Paris, where they are carefully checked and packaged before being delivered to you.
Any hidden fees or customs charges?
None.
We take care of everything, so you don’t have to. The price you pay at checkout is the final one — no unexpected costs at delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe, a secure and trusted payment platform.
You can pay with:
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
All payments are fully encrypted and processed securely.
