At Saigon eSens, shipping is more than just sending a parcel.
It’s part of our philosophy: taking the time to do things properly, thoughtfully, and with care.

We believe transparency matters, so here’s exactly how it works.

 

How our shipping process works

1. Order confirmation

As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. From that moment, your order enters our shipping cycle.

2. Shipping from Vietnam (every 15 days)

Our products are sourced directly from our partner brands in Vietnam.
To reduce waste, optimize logistics, and work more responsibly, orders are grouped and shipped every 15 days from Vietnam.

The next shipping date is always clearly indicated on our website, so you know exactly when your order will move.

Estimated transit time from Vietnam to Europe: 1–2 weeks

Important note: 
Depending on the date you place your order, it will be included in the next scheduled shipment.
If anything unexpected happens, you’ll be informed immediately.

3. Arrival at our Paris studio

Once your order arrives at our Paris studio, this is where we take over fully.

Each item:

• Goes through a quality check
• Is carefully packed using our branded packaging
• Is prepared with attention to detail, just for you

Your order is then dispatched within 48 hours.

4. Final delivery to your doorstep

From Paris, your package is shipped to your final destination.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delivery time from Paris depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately:

3 to 5 weeks

We know this may feel longer than traditional e-commerce — and we completely understand.
But this time allows us to work closely with independent brands, ensure quality, reduce overproduction, and deliver something truly special.

Good things take time — and we promise the wait is worth it.

 

Shipping fees & carriers

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on your location and selected delivery method.

• We work with multiple trusted carriers to offer you a range of options (standard or express when available).

• You are only charged for shipping from our Paris studio to your final destination.

• No additional shipping costs from Vietnam are charged to you.

 

Customs & taxes

Good news:
There are no hidden fees.

All duties and taxes are handled upstream.
The price you see at checkout is the final price, with no additional charges upon delivery.
